On the Road to building an Empire, Investments are key.

Let us pay for your yearly gym/fitness membership

July 11, 2016

A new era is upon us, one where businesses actually care for the well-being of their clients.

The Empire Road team are already known as the "Architects for a better world" and to keep inline with this title they have now come up with a solution to make your yearly gym or fitness membership free.

Simply put, this is how it is done.

If you currently have a mortgage or investment loan over $350,000 and wish to complete a complimentary homeloan health check with Empire Road and refinance your loan then you immediately qualify to have your gym of fitness membership paid for.

(yearly gym or fitness membership cost must be under $2000)

We offer obligation free advice, and are paid a fee by the lenders to cover the cost of facilitating the loan application and providing you with a service to finalise your home loan refinance. You will pay no more than what the bank or lender would normally charge you directly, and you will receive a superior service from our friendly, professional team at Empire Road.

A homeloan health check is aimed at fine-tuning your home loan and uncovering any potential ways to save you money and time.

Hints and tips to consider before your home loan health check

  • Save on interest and pay off your loan sooner, by changing to fortnightly or weekly repayments, making additional lump sum repayments or increasing the size of your regular repayments.
  • Pay your salary directly into an offset account to reduce your loan balance and build your equity at the same time.
  • Your personal circumstances can change, with work, travel, marriage or children. So it’s important to ensure you have a home loan that meets your changing needs.
